She elegantly complemented the dress with raffia platform sandals and a cropped navy cardigan.

She also charmingly painted her toes an obvious color for the event which was a vibrant, tennis ball yellow hue. Completing the look, Obama adorned herself with a stack of chic black bracelets and styled her hair in a sporty, side-part ponytail which allowed her pair of bold chunky silver hoops to shine.
