Miley Cyrus treated fans to yet another stylish, entertaining and unforgettable NYE performance! The “Plastic Hearts” hitmaker, 30, helped ring in 2023 while rocking a fringy, sultry minidress that showed off her incredible curves and toned figure.
While we were in awe of several of her outfits during her NBC New Year’s special, this gold, shimmering frock was the ultimate favorite. Cyrus also flaunted her impressive vocal range while performing live renditions of her many hits, as well as those from her notable guests throughout the night, including Dolly Parton, Paris Hilton, David Byrne and Swae Lee.

Miley Cyrus Flaunts Epic Curves In Sultry Gold Dress During NYE Special
The Grammy nominee’s one-shoulder, crystal-adorned, beaded fringy piece is a vintage Bob Mackie item. The standout dress is an original hand-painted, silky garment that highlighted not only Cyrus’ sculpted bod, but also her love for dazzling, bold fashion.
The dress (straight out of the luxury designer’s archives) is from the Fall 2002 ‘To Broadway With Love’ collection, as Cyrus’ stylist Bradley Kenneth revealed on Instagram, and was Mackie’s tribute to Sweet Charity.

While shining in the gold dress, Cyrus wore her long blonde tresses down, parted in the middle and styled into elegant loose waves. As for her makeup look, the “Angels Like You” singer went for a timeless black liner cat-eye, voluminous mascara on her lashes, illuminating highlighter on her high cheekbones, rosy blush, and a mauve lipstick to top it all off.

Fan Reactions
Unsurprisingly, this look was also a hit among the “Wrecking Ball” crooner’s many fans and 192 million Instagram followers. Cyrus posted a photo of herself on stage in the gold dress and garnered millions of likes and thousands of comments from fans.
“Gorgeous af” one user wrote as another chimed in, “Body carved by Michaelangelo,” and others summed up their (and our) thoughts with heart-eyes, red hearts and fire emojis. After sharing a video of herself performing on stage with Swae Lee, Cyrus also received comments related to the 2019 song “Party Up The Street,” her and the rapper’s “underrated bop.”
“Kinda needing this new version rn” one fan commented as another added, “WE LOVED THIS VERSION.” (Us too!)
