Reinstein is an American private equity executive and the founder and chairman of Regent, a global private equity firm. In one moment, he was seen reaching toward the window grate outside Kidman’s hotel as he walked away, appearing to wave goodbye to the actress.
The sighting comes as the Australian enters a new chapter in her personal life following her split from longtime husband Keith Urban.
Kidman and the country singer finalized their divorce in January 2026, officially ending their 19-year marriage. Nicole initially filed for divorce in September 2025 following a period of reported marital tension and living separate lives.
The former couple share two daughters, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15.
