There are ways to prevent your apps from draining battery from your iPhone, once and for all. Here are some of the top tips that can help.
Disable Background App Refresh
Go to Settings and scroll down to General. Now head to Background App Refresh. Here you’ll see a list of apps that are enabled to use battery so that they continually refresh. There may be some apps that you feel need to be updated constantly, but there’s a good chance too many of them are enabled and they aren’t worth the battery drain.
Disable the apps individually to keep them from refreshing. You can also disable all of them at once.

Your iPhone battery's sweet spot is between 30 and 80 percent charged, which means it is most helpful to give it mini charging sessions throughout the day in order to keep it safely in that zone.
