Prince Harry has concluded his long-awaited visit to the UK, where all eyes were on him as he explored his home country. Now, body language experts are claiming the way he carried himself throughout the visit says a lot about how it went.

The Duke of Sussex just spent a little less than a week in the UK for the first time in quite a while, reportedly visiting family members in addition to making visits and attending events in anticipation of next year’s Invictus Games. He traveled without his family for most of the trip after back-and-forth reports of whether or not they were going, and after body language pros examined him by himself during public outings, they elaborated on his “nervous” energy. Read more about his trip and his body language below.

Prince Harry Completes His Long-Awaited UK Trip

It's no secret that one of the most dramatic and bombshell events in royal family history was when the famous red-headed prince decided to step down from his royal duties alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, moving from the UK to California in 2020.

Throughout the years, many have wondered if and when he would ever return to his home country to either visit in general or make amends with his family, and the answer became more blurred as reports of their animosity came out, as well as statements from Harry himself that he would like to 'reconcile' with his father and brother. However, the 2027 Invictus Games, which he originally co-founded, was set in England, giving him an excuse to head over to the UK for preparations and official events, and he was just there for five days this past week.

During his historic trip, he attended numerous charity events, as well as a visit to the National Exhibition Centre to celebrate the countdown to one year until the Invictus Games in Birmingham. Aside from public events, Meghan Markle and their two children reportedly quietly entered the country so they could have a long-awaited family visit with King Charles and Queen Camilla, marking a potentially new and exciting era of their familial relationships.

Body Language Expert Analyzes Prince Harry's 'Nervousness' During His Visit

There were so many things to document and follow when it came to the Spare author's visit to England, and people from around the world had their eyes on his visits and itineraries. People were especially curious as to whether or not he would end up visiting any members of his family, but more specifically, his dad and brother.

Throughout the trip, he was photographed and filmed intensely, where people took notice of the way he was carrying himself, considering that, while he's from the UK, he doesn't exactly have the best reputation there anymore, with the way he left royal life and his duties.

Body language expert Inbaal Honigman spoke to OK Magazine after analyzing pictures and photos of the prince walking around the UK without his wife and kids, and took note of his 'nervous' energy, where it looked as though he was "seeking approval."

"Harry's body language betrays a good deal of nervousness, alongside a clear people-pleasing strategy," she told the publication. "His fingers are slightly bent and spread apart, creating gaps between them, which suggests a more supplicant approach. Had he waved with a firm, flat palm and his fingers held tightly together, it would have conveyed a stronger sense of authority and leadership."
