In recent interviews, the football pro has been addressing the rumors surrounding his weight loss, explaining that he’s going to be a little “lighter” during next year’s games and has been approaching his training recently. He also took a moment to shut down rumors that he had lost 25 pounds, leaving his official weight loss number a mystery. Still, his fans are cheering him on and think he looks great. Travis Kelce Appears On 'Bussin' With The Boys' Podcast And Says He's A 'Little Lighter'
Since the Super Bowl earlier this year, it seems that the 35-year-old has been focusing on himself, his health, and spending quality time with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift. After he made a few rare public appearances and did some recent interviews, the internet's been noticing that he's looking a bit more trim.
A few weeks ago, rumors began circulating that the football star had lost around 25 pounds, given his slimmed-down appearance. Still, he denied that rumor in a recent press conference, stating, "Don't believe everything you read on the internet."
However, he finally addressed his weight while talking as a guest on the Bussin' With The Boys podcast hosted by former NFL players Will Compton and Taylor Lewan. Although he mostly spoke about football and NFL players during the interview from July 1st, Travis also subtly hinted at his recent weight loss when talking about next year's games, stating, "I'm a little lighter this year."

Travis Has Been 'Running' And Training Differently This Year
Although he's stayed fairly tight-lipped about his latest transformation, the Chiefs player has been open to talking about the training he's done during the off-season, which many fans believe could be contributing to his reported weight loss.
During the same press conference where he addressed the weight loss rumors, he stated, "I am down some weight from the end of the season last year."
"Each year is different, man," he continued. "You gotta rebuild it."
Part of the process of maintaining his stamina and strength during the off-season has involved revamping his training routine and incorporating some more running and cardio exercises.
"This year, I got some time to work on some form running and some things early on in the off-season that I just didn't have time for last year," he told the press.
"I'm certainly feeling good, and hopefully it'll pay off."
On social media, fans of his and his team have been sounding off in the comments sections of platforms like Instagram, writing about how good he's been looking these days.
"[He] looks amazing," wrote a fan on Instagram under recent photos of Travis.
"He was fine before and is fine now," added another cheeky fan.
We'll be curious to see if the successful athlete has anything else to say about the diet and routines he's been following to get in even better shape, but for now, whatever he's doing seems to be working.
