The 23-year-old shared the gorgeous cover shot on her Instagram, and we could not be more impressed–especially considering Hailey did her own makeup for the shoot! She deserves major kudos; the natural makeup look is perfection, and really draws the attention back to her outfit.
The outfit itself is noteworthy. Styled by Priyanka Kapadia, Miss Bieber looks stunning in an oversized blazer and unbuttoned jeans. Oh yeah, and did we mention Hailey was topless under the jacket?! The bold choice showed off her famous figure and left very little to the imagination. Plus, her gold necklaces emphasized just how little clothing she was wearing–and made her sun kissed tan pop!
