Kate Middleton and Prince William rarely engage in PDA, so newly resurfaced video of the Duchess of Cambridge call the Duke “sexy” is causing quite a stir!
The video, which appears in the documentary “Royal Wives,” shows Kate speaking with friends at Will’s Royal Air Force graduation in 2006.
Many are shocked to see the usually proper pair engaging in such conduct! Here’s everything you need to know:

“I love him in uniform. He’s so, so sexy,” Kate Middleton says in the rare footage, according to a lip reader.
While this was well before the couple were married or even engaged, many are shocked to see Kate acting so improperly in public.

There are unwritten rules about how members of the royal family should act when conducting official duties (hence why you never see them engage in PDA). The rules dictate that they must behave professionally, not holding hands, kissing or otherwise publicly showing affection.
The videos is from 14 years ago, and technically Kate was not yet a member of the royal family, and therefore not "on duty."

But to imagine her speaking in such a way in a public setting with many others within earshot is far from the behavior we know of the Duchess now.
