Someone on our Facebook wall just re-posted this retro ABC News article about the “Man-gagement trend” where grooms receive a band or other piece of jewelry to mark their engagement. Jennifer Hudson gave her boyfriend David Otunga a $15,000 Neil Lane ring. We’re not sure how we feel about the trend — on one hand, any guy who WANTS to let the world know he’s “taken” should be allowed to, but on the other, its kind of ridiculous. Let us know what you think.
