It takes a larger-than-life woman to part with her larger-than-life jewels. But then again, maybe actress Ellen Barkin‘s savvy decision to auction off her jewels gathered over the course of her marriage to Revlon Chairman Ronald Perelman is the most polite form of revenge, but revenge all the same. The actress plans to use the funds generated from the sale to start her own production company. The collection is valued at over $15 million (Can’t buy me love?) and will be handled by Christie’s. Ready to bid? The pieces go to the auction block on October 10.
