You Won't Believe Gwyneth Paltrow's 14-Ingredient Latte Recipe

Celebrities are known for being so over the top and that is exactly why we want to be like them, right? Because being extra is the new cool. Gwyneth Paltrow is definitely one of those celebrities with diva-ish ways. She has this girl-next-door look and a seemingly primadonna type personality, which only makes us want to be her more. So why not spend the morning drink a 14-ingredient latte like her? Yes, 14 ingredients (I am not kidding)!

If you check out her website Goop, you can find out how to make her absurd “latte” (can we even call it that??). According to the recipe, she combines ingredients for healthy skin, a strong immune system and stress relief for the ultimate detox. The ingredients include fresh turmeric, almond butter, sunflower butter, coconut oil, sun potion astragalus (what even is that?!), sun potion tacos, sun potion reishi, ground nutmeg, ground cardamom, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, sea salt, black pepper and boiling water. I’m truly wondering how all of those things taste mixed together. Must be good if Gwyneth drinks it!
