It's broccoli! "A study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found that dark green veggies, like broccoli, may help reduce belly fat," explains Toby Amidor, R.D. "The study also found that these veggies may also decrease risk factors for type 2 diabetes."
Though broccoli may not be the most fun food in the world, it is one of the most versatile. Add some broccoli to your favorite healthy salads, soups, and bowls, and your waistline will definitely thank you for it!
