My complexion has changed over the years as I have aged, going from quite oily to more on the dry side, and I find this product to be quite moisturizing. "I still say to moisturize and use anything you normally would prior to foundation. This melts into skin and feels so good. I live in North Dakota where it gets -50 sometimes and the air is very drying to the skin. This instantly made my skin feel better it looks very nice and you can spot concealer over it with either concealer or another foundation. This does layer but I wouldn’t say the coverage gets that much better but I love this as a base for the summer and winter and really anytime you’re looking for a nice healthy glow and even skin tone.
