Bianca Censori has once again turned heads with a revealing social-media post, but instead of focusing solely on her daring look, many fans became concerned about her demeanor, with some saying she appeared “sad” and “miserable” in the photos.
The model and architect shared a series of images on Instagram modeling a bright red one-piece swimsuit that showed plenty of skin, although the revealing style was hardly unusual for the 31-year-old.
The swim piece featured a large cutout across the center, with thin straps running over her shoulders. The wife of Kanye West wore her brown hair in a tousled middle part, with curtain bangs framing her face, and completed the look with clear plastic heels.

In one photo, Censori posed in front of a clothing rack while another image showed an extreme close-up of her chest, adding to the provocative nature of the post.
However, while the images appeared designed to make a statement, many followers were more focused on Censori’s facial expressions, with some questioning whether she was actually doing OK.
“Idk if it’s on purpose but she looks sad…” one person commented on Instagram.
“She always looks like she is in pain or something,” another wrote. “She looks sick!” a third person claimed, while someone else simply said, “She so sad.”
“Is she like .. ok?” another follower asked.
Other comments included, “She looks sick and hungry,” “It be looking like it’s something wrong with her,” and “She looks unhappy.”
“Her eyes & facial expression say it all,” one person wrote, while another added, “She looks so miserable.”

In a recent essay published by Welcome as part of its POSTPOSTPOST series, Censori discussed her limited experience with interviews and how she felt after reading one back.
“I’ve only done one interview. I read it back and couldn’t fully recognize the person they interviewed. But it was nice to be asked. I enjoyed the invitation to self-absorption. For a moment, you’re allowed to speak entirely about yourself. That’s the whole point, so no one can judge you for being self-involved. Still, I can’t be too annoyed. I tend to vacillate. Maybe I mean oscillate.”
She continued, “Women are expected to exist within a narrow bandwidth of socially acceptable self-perception.”
The comments come as Censori continues to draw intense attention online for both her fashion choices and the way she presents herself in public and on social media.
