Heidi Klum recently put her confidence, and then some, in a risque beach video, but not all of her fans are thrilled about it.
The supermodel recently shared an Instagram clip of herself enjoying a day at the beach while going topless, which didn’t take long to go viral. While she’s been expressive with her body and posed for sultry, revealing snaps in the past, this one struck a nerve with some social media users who felt as though she had been doing a little too much. Read more about her nearly-nude Instagram video and how the internet reacted to it below.

Heidi Klum Turns Heads After Posing Topless In Tiny Zebra-Print Bikini Bottoms On The Beach
The television personality is embracing her beach vacation in one of her latest Instagram posts, and fans can't get enough of her carefree beach style.
On July 23rd, the 53-year-old Project Runway host shared a video of herself enjoying a swim in the ocean, then a separate one of her sitting on a towel and eating some chips, all without her bikini top on. Her bottoms consisted of the lower half of a tiny zebra-print string bikini that had thin side ties and a high-cut silhouette. She paired her bottoms with a wide-brimmed straw sun hat and some oversized aviator sunglasses.
"Glazed ham on the beach," she wrote in her snacking video caption, subtly promoting her collaboration with the German chip brand, Chipsfrisch.

Social Media Users React To Heidi's Revealing Video
Due to the risque nature of her snacking video, as well as the one of her swimming topless in the ocean, it didn't take long for the mom-of-four's vacation posts to go viral among both her fans and other social media users.
Heidi has long been open about her confidence when it comes to wearing very little on vacation. In past interviews, she credited her growing up in Germany for her more relaxed attitude toward being more revealing in public spaces and enjoys going topless to avoid tan lines.
"I've always been very open with my body," she told People in 2025. "When I'm suntanning in the backyard, I might not have a top on. I'm European. My kids don't know me any other way and are probably more easygoing with their bodies because of it."
Though this isn't the first time she's shared content like this, it still struck a nerve with more conservative social media users and followers.
"Ma'am, you're the mother of adults!" commented a follower.
"So tacky," wrote another, as one user wrote this was an example of "anything to attract attention."
One user asked Heidi, "Do you really need to be ridiculous like that?!"
"Not becoming of you," wrote a user, as another added, "She's great and gorgeous, but it is getting weird."
