For the after party, the "Flowers" singer wore a strapless Maison Margiela column gown with zipper embellishments, which accentuated her super-slim and enviable figure perfectly. She accessorized with towering black Christian Louboutin x Maison Margiela 'Loubiella' heels and a black Maison Margiela tote bag, and for jewelry, went for some large Boucheron hoop earrings that could be seen thanks to her hair being worn in a fierce pony.
While the dress and accessories did indeed command a lot of attention, it was Miley's hair – particularly the micro bangs – that seemed to get people talking the most, as many people thought she cut her bangs herself between the main ceremony and the after party!
