We just came across this incredibly cozy backyard escape, which sparked an idea: why not throw a casual, drive-in movie-inspired soiree in your backyard instead of a stuffy, stiff one at a rental hall? You’re going to display home videos and photos anyways, so just spring for a digital projector, some ambient string lights, and a few cushy floor pillows. Rent a popcorn machine, uncork a few bottles of wine, and let your close family and friends enjoy a breezy evening of outdoor cinema.
