The Gone Girl actor reportedly spent the day with two of the three children he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner – 16-year-old Seraphina (who now goes by Fin) and 13-year-old Samuel – with them having lunch at Huckleberry Café in Santa Monica. It’s suspected that their eldest child, 19-year-old daughter Violet, may have been back at Yale, where she is currently studying.

As per the pap pics, the birthday boy was wearing a smart-casual outfit consisting of khaki pants, a crisp white button-down, and white sneakers. He was also seen toting a to-go bag from the farmer’s market bakery and café.
This year’s birthday is a stark contrast to his birthday one year ago. This time last year, the Accountant star was still married to the Shotgun Wedding actress, although they were reportedly living separate lives by that point. Lopez filed for divorce just days later on August 20th, on what would have been their second wedding anniversary, with their divorce finalized in January this year.
Insiders have insisted over the past few months that Affleck is desperate to sell the $60M Beverly Hills home he shared with his ex so he can be free of her once and for all. And if the pap pics of him on his birthday are anything to go by, it seems like he is living his best life without the Unstoppable actress.
