The summery dress featured thin straps, a low neckline, and a fitted bodice that highlighted her waist before giving way to a short skirt, which showed off her toned legs on full display as she stood next to the businessman, who coordinated with her in a black shirt and white pants. Both were barefoot for the laid-back boat outing. Ivanka wore her signature blonde hair in loose waves and kept her makeup minimal.
