Kylie Jenner has slowly been opening up about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the years, and now she’s revealing another change she would like to make.
During an August episode of the Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast, the reality TV star spoke candidly about wanting larger breasts.
“I do want them bigger,” the mom of two said.
Her longtime besties and podcast co-hosts Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel joked that the makeup mogul has mentioned the idea before and that they were not “shocked” to hear her talk about it again.

“I say it every day. I’m like, ‘They need to be bigger and more out there,’” Jenner explained. “I want my [expletive] to walk in before I do.”
Despite frequently talking about the idea, Kylie confirmed she likely won’t have the procedure until after she turns 30.
The comments come after Jenner previously shared details about her current breast implants.
In a June 2025 TikTok comment, she revealed that she has 445cc silicone implants with a moderate profile that were placed partially beneath the muscle by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher.
The Khy founder has also spoken publicly about how her own experience with cosmetic surgery has shaped the way she thinks about her daughter, Stormi, 8.
In a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner reflected on getting breast implants at 19 and admitted she would be “heartbroken” if Stormi wanted to undergo a similar procedure as a teenager.
“Obviously, I have a daughter too. I'd be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,” she said. “She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her, and like I wish I could be her, do it all differently. I wouldn’t touch anything.”

Her latest comments quickly prompted reactions online, with some fans pointing to what they viewed as a contradiction between her past statements and her current plans.
“Very contradictory to a previous interview of hers where she talks about regretting getting them done and wanting to be a good role model for her daughter,” one person wrote on Instagram.
“She can’t make up her mind. First she wants to remove things to be a good role model for her daughter, now she wants to have them larger than life,” another commenter said.
A third person questioned Jenner’s ongoing focus on cosmetic changes, writing, “Is this woman happy about anything on her body?”
