Tiffany Trump is facing comments about her appearance after sharing photos from a recent family vacation, with some social-media users speculating about how she achieved her current physique following the birth of her son.
On Aug. 30, the 32-year-old shared a series of vacation photos on Instagram featuring her husband, Michael Boulos, their son, Alexander, and her mother, Marla Maples. In one of the snapshots, she showed off a retro-inspired yellow swimsuit while posing against the blue ocean.
The swimsuit featured a top with a halter-style neckline, white straps, and a tie at the front, paired with high-waisted bottoms that gave the look a retro feel. Tiffany accessorized with delicate jewelry and wore her blonde hair down in a center part, completing the look with subtle makeup.

Tiffany Trump Sparks Ozempic Speculation
The family photos also included moments with her young son, who Tiffany and Boulos welcomed on May 15, 2025.
After seeing the vacation photos, some commenters focused on Tiffany’s post-baby appearance and questioned whether she may have used a GLP-1 medication or another weight-loss drug. There is no confirmation from Tiffany that she has used Ozempic or any other GLP-1 medication.
“You look great after you lost your weight. Great job Tiffany,” one person commented on Instagram.
Another wrote, “She was pretty heavy at one point. She lost the weight now she looks great!”
Some commenters directly speculated about medication, with one writing, “Ozempic or one of those GLP’s.”
“She looks great. I read she used GLP1 as part of her weight loss journey. Good for her,” another claimed.
“Ozempic is working so well for you!” someone else wrote.

Fans Come To Tiffany's Defense Over Her 'Weight Loss'
However, other followers pushed back against the speculation and questioned why Tiffany’s body and weight were being discussed in the first place.
“GLP1??? Tiffany doesn’t need to take that! She has always been thin!” one person wrote.
Another asked, “Why does it matter how she lost her weight and got in shape?”
“Why are you commenting on her weight? So bizarre,” another commenter added.
The discussion comes as Tiffany continues to share glimpses of her life as a new mom. She and Boulos welcomed their first child, Alexander Trump Boulos, in May 2025, with Tiffany announcing his arrival on Instagram.
While some social-media users remain focused on her post-pregnancy appearance, the latest comments also highlight the ongoing scrutiny celebrities and public figures can face over changes in their bodies.
