According to reports, Isabella, who the Saving Private Ryan alum shares with his wife, Argentinian-American film producer Luciana Barroso, has just signed with the IMG models modeling agency, igniting fresh criticism about the nepo babies we can’t seem to escape right now.

Isabella Damon Signs With IMG Models While At College
Isabella is the latest in a long line of nepo babies who have started modeling careers, including Gigi Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and, more controversially, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's daughter Sunday Rose.
She isn't starting her career in the spotlight as early as some nepo babies like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's 13-year-old daughter, North West, though. After graduating from high school in Brooklyn, Isabella reportedly enrolled at New York University in 2024, just like fellow models Karlie Kloss and Christy Turlington.
IMG Models was established in 1987 and has represented some of the biggest names in the industry, including Gisele Bündchen, Gigi and Bella Hadid, Hailey Bieber, and Ashley Graham, among so many others. For those interested in how being a nepo baby model will affect her financially, it's interesting to note that IMG doesn't appear to charge models a fee to apply or sign with the agency, and describes what happens after a new model is selected as a "development process."
So how much could Isabella actually make at the start of her career? While IMG doesn't publish starting rates for its models, earnings can reportedly vary considerably depending on the jobs they book. London-based Diversity Agency says new models on its development board typically gross between £1,500 and £8,000 – around $2,000 to $10,800 – in their first year across five to 15 booked days. "Year one is honestly not about the money," the agency explains, adding that new faces focus on building their portfolios and gaining experience.

Isabella is the latest nepo baby to rile the internet, and Page Six readers weren't forgiving in the comments section of its article about her modeling career. "Yet another slightly above average beauty becomes a 'super model?' Because of the parents. Quite the trend. Didn't earn it. Doesn't deserve it," slammed one reader.
"Wow another nepo baby, geez," a second commented. "Yay! Another nepo baby . Just what the world needs," a third quipped, as a fourth claimed: "Without Matt – this kid would never be signed up to any prestigious modeling agency."
"Her mother is more model-material than she is. What a shame that these nepo babies are bringing down these industries," a fifth wrote, as a sixth thought: "She has some work to do before she's worth the paycheck."
"How wonderful. Another nepo baby with not a single drop of intelligence," a seventh harshly wrote. "When you cannot get the top grades in college, or do have not what it takes to succeed in a designated career, then by all means ask daddy to get you into the modeling racket," an eighth alleged.
