Nicole Kidman Is Reportedly Considering Adopting More Children
It's no secret that the Big Little Lies actress has been through a lot of change in the last year, after the bombshell news of her divorce from country artist and her husband of nearly 20 years, Keith Urban, made major headlines.
In addition to dealing with changes within her love life and her daughters' lives, she's continued taking her career to new heights with new performances and projects. However, it appears that one of her upcoming projects could be to expand her family, as she's been examining her life post-divorce.
According to a source close to Nicole, she's reportedly looking into having more children in her family via adoption, an idea that came to her after spending more time with her Practical Magic 2 co-star, Sandra Bullock, who has two teenage children she adopted as babies.
"Nicole has stepped into her most empowered chapter ever and realizes the world is truly her oyster," the source told Radar Online. "She has the means to do whatever she wants, and that includes adding to her family. Nothing gives her more pleasure than being a mom, and she's very serious about doing it again through adoption."

During her 11-year marriage to the Top Gun star, she became the adoptive mother to Bella and Connor, who are now in their early 30s. Throughout the years, reports and rumors circulated that she became practically estranged from them, with her marriage to Keith creating even more distance.
However, with the news of her future adoption plans, there have also been sources mentioning that she's been rebuilding her relationships with Bella and Connor, hoping to be back in their lives on a more regular basis.
"Nicole has been back on good terms with them for a few years now," the insider added. "Even when they were estranged, she never stopped loving them or dreaming of the day when they'd be back in her life, and thankfully that day has come. She's very close to Bella and has a great relationship with Connor as well."
Not only is she getting closer to her two older children, but the 59-year-old is allegedly doing her best to ensure that they feel like they're on the same level as her two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith. "There's no question they're just as much her children as Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret are," the source continued. "Nicole has always been a passionate believer in adoption and knows firsthand how strong that bond is."
