Bella Hadid is making sure that not low-rise jeans, but low-rise sweatpants, enjoy a complete resurgence.

ICYMI, Bella started wearing the low-rise trend early last year to the Louis Vuitton men’s fashion show, prompting fans to freak out that the model was making a relatively unflattering bottom make a comeback.

“I swear to god if u make low rise jeans come back in style I’m comin for your skinny ass,” wrote on Twitter user.

Clearly unphased by the feedback, Hadid would go on to wear “low-slung trousers” to the 2020 MTV VMAs, as well as countless other street style moments.

Her Nensi Dojaka look for the VMA’s was so low it even showed off her thong (and she completed the look with a very spikey 90s hair ‘do.)

Her latest low-rise look was a pair of low-rise sweatpants from Sami Miro Vintage in November.
