With the launch of the new DVF ♥ Gap Kids collection, I’ve heard many adults talking about how they wish the adorable printed designs came in adult sizes. I must confess that I’m guilty of shopping in the children’s department every once in while. Kids’ clothing is often a cute and clever way to find unique pieces that your friends won’t own (unless you’re friends with a lot of middle schoolers). Designers like Stella McCartney and Burberry all offer kids’ versions of their clothing. These pieces are cheaper than the adult versions but are just as stylish. And chances are, if you don’t say anything, no one will even notice that clothing isn’t technically for adults. Even if you aren’t super petite, there are still ways for you to save money by shopping in the children’s department.
