President Donald Trump was spotted with close aide Natalie Harp at his golf club in Virginia over the weekend as renewed attention surrounds their working relationship.
In a viral video shared on X, Harp, 35, was seen following Trump and other members of his team upstairs at the club. She wore a baby blue golf outfit consisting of a sleeveless top and matching skirt, paired with a white baseball cap, while carrying what appeared to be papers and files. Trump opted for a white collared polo shirt, black pants, and a baseball cap, carrying a drink as he walked.

The TV show host has worked closely with the Apprentice star for several years, but her relationship with the president has come under renewed scrutiny following claims made in Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump, a new book by New York Times reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan.
The 35-year-old serves as the president’s executive assistant, a role she has held since 2025. According to the book, Harp is one of Trump’s closest aides and is rarely far from his side.
She has reportedly earned the nickname “the human printer” because she frequently carries a portable printer and provides Trump with printed copies of news articles, social media posts, emails, and other documents. The authors also claim she prints drafts of Truth Social posts for his approval before publishing them to his account.
Haberman and Swan further allege that during Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, Harp left handwritten letters for him in his private spaces, including one that reportedly read, “You are all that matters to me.”
The book also claims that Natalie’s level of devotion prompted concern among some members of the Secret Service, who allegedly viewed her as a potential security risk due to her constant proximity to the president.
Responding to the attention surrounding Harp, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt defended the aide in a statement.
“Natalie Harp is one of the most loyal and hardest-working aides on President Trump’s team,” Leavitt said.
Harp’s older brother, Preston Harp, has also rejected speculation about the nature of her relationship with Trump, but shed some light as to what may have caused the close bond.

Speaking to The Daily Beast, he dismissed rumors of a romantic attachment, saying he believes their bond is rooted in shared political beliefs rather than anything scandalous.
"While much of the media has focused on questioning whether her relationship is something scandalous, that is not where my mind goes personally," Preston said. "To me this is 100 percent an infatuation based on an unfortunate shared ideology of U.S. exceptionalism."
He added that he believes his sister views Trump as a father figure because, in his opinion, "he embodies the doctrine of American exceptionalism."
Preston also reflected on Natalie's strained relationship with their father while growing up, recalling family holidays where he noticed emotional distance between them.
"Though I moved out at 18, I remember many Christmases, Easters, Father's Day and Mother's Day get-togethers where I noticed this," he said, suggesting his sister had long wished for a different father figure.
