Bradley Cooper is once again at the center of an online debate over his changing appearance, with fans dissecting recent before-and-after photos and speculating about whether the actor has undergone cosmetic procedures.
A recent viral thread featured side-by-side images of the Maestro star, prompting commenters to point out what they perceived as differences around his eyelids, cheeks and temples. Some also compared his appearance to other celebrities and speculated about whether weight-loss medication could be responsible for the changes.
“That upper bleph feminized his appearance. He’s morphing into Cillian Murphy x Barry Manilow,” one person wrote.

Another commenter theorized, “He might have done some deep tissue ‘lifting’ and ‘tightening’ lasers that burnt all the real fat off his face. He then had no choice but to compensate for the fat loss with fillers, thereby resulting in droopy cheeks and skeletized temples.”
“Yeah I’m gunna say this looks like ozempic face and it’s sad, he was a really good looking guy who absolutely did not have anything close to a weight issue,” another person claimed.
However, not everyone agreed that Cooper had undergone surgery.
“He didn’t get upper bleph. His eyes look the same. He’s getting older and he lost a lot of volume in his face. His temples are hollow now. And his mid face is sunken in,” one commenter argued. “It does look like he filled in his eyebrows more and possibly some Botox which can change the way your eyes look.”

Others claimed to have professional knowledge of cosmetic procedures.
“I work in plastics, we think chin implant and a bleph at the very least,” one person said, adding that they believed the procedures had altered the proportions of his face.

The father of one discussed the persistent speculation during an episode of the SmartLess podcast released January 5. During the conversation, co-host Will Arnett recalled being asked to name something people might not know about Cooper.
“I said, ‘Well, there’s a lot,’” Arnett recalled. “And then I was gonna say, because we keep reading everybody thinks that Bradley’s had plastic surgery. Everybody keeps saying that. I’m like, ‘What people don’t know is that he hasn’t.’ Right?”
Jason Bateman clarified, “That he hasn’t.”
“Yeah. Of course, he hasn’t,” Arnett responded. Cooper then recalled people approaching him recently and commenting on his appearance.
“They’re like, ‘Oh, you look good! Yeah. Yeah, but it’s a crazy—’” Cooper said before Arnett jumped back into the conversation. “But it did make me think...” Arnett said. “It made me mad because people say that all the time and it’s a hilarious thing. Everybody thinks that they know. You know you read that bulls--- stuff.”
While social media continues to debate what may or may not have changed about Cooper’s appearance, the actor has previously denied undergoing plastic surgery, leaving fans to speculate about the reason for his evolving look.
