A new report has emerged that the former presidential candidate is assisting in making plans for her husband, former President Bill Clinton’s future funeral. Though the news isn’t following any recent or serious health updates for Bill, it did come hand in hand with claims that he’s in the process of making changes to his $120M will. Hillary Clinton Is Allegedly Helping To Plan Bill Clinton's Funeral
It's no secret that whenever a former president passes on, an elaborate, formal, and traditional funeral still takes place.
According to sources that spoke to RadarOnline, Hillary Clinton, 78, has reportedly begun making plans for her husband Bill Clinton's future funeral. The former president turned 80 on August 19th, and insiders claim his wife is envisioning an elaborate memorial service at Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., complete with a traditional funeral mass.
The report claims Bill could eventually be buried at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum in Little Rock, Arkansas, his famous home state. Presidential historian Leon Wagener also suggested that the former president could have his sights set on the library's rooftop garden, which he reportedly considers a particularly meaningful place.
"He lives there most of the time because, for one thing, he stays away from Hillary," Wagener claimed. "That's his hideout...The rooftop garden is his happy place. I can see him demanding to be buried there, even though they've got plenty of land at the library grounds overlooking the Arkansas River."
Bill Is Allegedly Making Changes To His $120M Will
Along with the alleged funeral preparations, the above publication reported that the 42nd president may have made changes to his estimated $120 million will. According to the outlet, insiders think that Bill could have adjusted the major document to potentially include a payout to interns who work at the Clinton Presidential Library's garden.
Wagener suggested that the contents of the will could end up containing some unexpected names and therefore, unexpected information.
"I think there might be some real surprises when people find out who's named in the will," he said, adding to speculation about what changes the former president may have made.
The claims surrounding the 80-year-old's funeral and will have come at a rather unexpected time, considering he hasn't had any major reported health incident since 2021, when he was diagnosed with sepsis after a urinary tract infection spread to his bloodstream. The incident left him in the hospital for a week. Since then, there have been some whispers of alleged heart issues, yet he and Hillary have yet to address that themselves.
