Will Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Reconcile?
According to an insider speaking to Globe Magazine, JLo and Affleck "spend a lot more time together these days than anyone realizes." And not only that, when they're not spending time together in person, they're having phone conversations "at all hours."
"They seem to be back to their same old dynamic where she's going to him for advice on everything. People are worried she's going to have another breakdown," the source continued. JLo has been keeping busy since the divorce; in the last two years alone, she's starred in Unstoppable, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and Office Romance, she returned to touring with her Up All Night: Live tour, and completed a residency in Las Vegas. Sources close to the singer are allegedly worried she won't be able to balance her career on top of spending mental energy on her ex.
However, it's not just coming from Lopez's side. Affleck has reportedly been seeking comfort in JLo, especially after his mother passed away in July. According to The Blast, Lopez was there for Affleck during the difficult time, a gesture that "meant so much to him."
"He let his guard down," another source explained. "He's been leaning on her." While there have been some reports of reconciliation on the horizon, nothing has been confirmed on either side. However, the former couple was spotted at the same office building in Los Angeles last month, so they could just be trying to keep things under wrap.
