Kim Kardashian and Gwen Stefani aren’t the only ones causing plastic surgery speculation at the moment, as Justin Timberlake has also made fans question whether or not he has gone under the knife due to his appearance at the iHeartRadio Awards last month. The “Cry Me A River” hitmaker, 42, who celebrated his ten-year wedding anniversary with wife Jessica Biel, 41, in October last year, hasn’t been in the public eye that much lately, which is why his appearance came as a *huge* shock to fans!
The former *NSync musician’s appearance, which one Twitter user described as “puffy,” was heavily scrutinized when he appeared in a video montage (along with other celebrities including Selena Gomez, Dolly Parton, Ed Sheeran, and Simone Biles) honoring Taylor Swift, who won the prestigious Innovator Award. Justin won the same award way back in 2015.
Twitter Discusses Justin Timberlake's 'Terrible' Appearance
One fan, if we can call them that, shared a picture of the Bad Teacher actor in the video montage and said he looked "terrible," to which someone replied, "Who is this?" followed by a crying emoji. Someone else quipped, "I guess he’s not bringing sexy back," referencing his 2006 hit, "SexyBack."

"Anyone know if Justin Timberlake aged out of the game at 42 or had bad plastic surgery?" asked another Twitter user, to which someone else responded, "Fillers? I think something is different around his eyes, and his skin is very smooth." Someone else agreed in thinking his appearance had to be down to some sort of cosmetic treatment, speculating that he had, "Botox cheeks."
i see too many people saying justin timberlake "looks bad" but in reality, he's just aging like every other human. and he's aging exceptionally without filters, editing, or surgery! y'all need to grow up and accept that, he doesn't look 25 anymore, but he still looks INCREDIBLE!! pic.twitter.com/jmg70K8ENf

Fans Say 'He Still Looks Incredible'
However, a few other fans came to the Friends With Benefits actor's defense, with one writing, "I see too many people saying Justin Timberlake 'looks bad' but in reality, he's just aging like every other human," alongside some pictures of him from over the years. The fan added: "And he's aging exceptionally without filters, editing, or surgery! Y'all need to grow up and accept that, he doesn't look 25 anymore, but he still looks incredible!"
And many others agreed with this fan, posting some more positive replies! "He looks wonderful, smart and inspiring to me," one fan replied, followed by a face with hearts emoji. "Exactly! He’s not 17 anymore! He looks good to me," said another, followed by two tongue out emojis. "He looks fine. Just a little puffy maybe," said another. "And even if someone does get cosmetic work people gotta realize that’s their business!" exclaimed another Twitter user, who also added, "There’s nothing wrong with looking the way you want. And Justin still looks good but he’s not a teenager anymore people gotta remember that."
