Mandy Moore is embracing motherhood and everything that comes with it, vulnerably sharing a photo of her post-partum figure for the world.
The This Is Us actress recently took to her Instagram story to get real about her motherhood journey, particularly how it’s impacted her body. Writing a caption about what having three kids has done to her figure, she shared a video of her post-partum stomach, including that she was embracing it, “loose skin” and all. After the story began circulating on various platforms, other social media users praised her for showing off her body in its natural form, encouraging other stars to do the same. It's no secret that the former pop star turned Emmy-nominated actress has transformed a lot over the years, having been in the spotlight since she was in her teenage years in the late 90s. Since then, she's released hit pop songs and starred in a variety of different shows and films, most notably A Walk to Remember and the NBC drama This Is Us.
A lot has changed in her personal life as well, given she's dated several high-profile figures and was previously married to musician Ryan Adams. Then, in 2018, she married her current husband, musician Taylor Goldsmith. The pair share three children, who range from ages 5 to 1 years old. Now, on social media, she's getting real about what it's like to have three kids within three and a half years.
On July 16th, Mandy took to her Instagram story to post a video that exposed how her body is looking about a year after having her third and youngest child, putting her stomach on full display in leggings and a crop top.
"After 3 kids in 3 1/2 years, this is what my body is," she wrote in her caption. "Loose skin and all."
