Karoline Leavitt Calls Epstein Files A 'Hoax'

In the interview, the White House Press Secretary accused Democrats of selectively leaking and manipulating redacted Epstein files to create a false story. "But if you look at how this Epstein story evolved over the past week, it's classic Washington hoax," she said. "Yes, we have Democrats on the oversight committee leaking redacted information to their favorite reporter at CNN who then pops the story with that redacted information."

Leavitt, 28, just welcomed her second child with Nicholas Riccio, AGE. They share baby Niko, 2, and Vivi, who was born on May 1st, 2026. With this context in mind, many social media users were appalled that she was defending a known sex offender.

Social Media Reactions

Across social media platforms, users reacted to the video. "It's all they have," one person wrote on X. "Lie, obfuscate, delay, and change the subject. They're caught. Dead to rights. And they know it."

"Defending pedophiles is easy when your husband was 40 the day you turned 8," another wrote.

"Because tTump is the most mentioned man in the Epstein files," another added. "Republicans all worship a pedophile and are cowards around this pedophile. Republicans are not worth having a political party anymore."

"Leavitt lies," pointed out another. "As always."

"Laughing and joking casually about children that were raped and sex trafficked," wrote a final user. "She's a mother!"
