According to Ok!, sources claim the 64-year-old Ocean’s Eleven star, married to international human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, 47, is “absolutely furious” over allegations that Ghislaine Maxwell once boasted about performing a sexual act on him at a Hollywood party.

Virginia Giuffre's Memoir Is 'Raw, Painful, And Without Legal Varnish'
Giuffre tragically died by suspected suicide in April 2025 at the age of 41. Her book, Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, published posthumously, provides a candid look at her years with Maxwell and Epstein.
Epstein himself died by suicide in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking minors. Maxwell, now 63, was convicted in 2021 of child sex trafficking and is serving a 20-year prison sentence in a Florida federal facility.
"Virginia wanted her truth on the record, no matter how uncomfortable it made people," an insider said, according to Ok!, adding that the book was mostly completed prior to her death and is "as she left it – raw, painful, and without legal varnish."
Virginia Giuffre's Allegations About George Clooney
In her memoir, Giuffre recounts Maxwell allegedly telling her she had taken Clooney into a bathroom during a social event and performed a sexual act on him.
She writes: "One [time] she came back giddy as a schoolgirl with an explosion of news, with all the build-up and excitement in her voice you'd think she was the next crown princess. But she had given George Clooney a [expletive] in the bathroom at some random event. She never let that one down."
However, Giuffre admitted that she could not actually verify the story herself. "Whether that was true or not, we'll never know," she wrote, noting that Maxwell seemed thrilled by the anecdote and frequently mentioned it. The alleged encounter had also appeared in an earlier, unpublished manuscript titled The Billionaire's Playboy Club, portions of which were unsealed by a New York judge in 2020.
George Clooney Is Boiling With Anger
Clooney's team declined to comment on the allegations, but a Hollywood associate told reporters, as per Ok!: "George's blood was boiling when he heard what had been written. He has never met Ghislaine Maxwell in his life, and he's horrified his name has been dragged into this."
According to RadarOnline, friends and colleagues emphasize that the actor had "zero involvement" with Epstein or Maxwell.
"George's entire reaction has been disbelief and anger," a longtime associate reportedly said. "He understands that Virginia suffered enormously, but to have this falsehood attached to his name is devastating."
