A video of Mariah Carey waiting in line at Disney California Adventure Park with her 15-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, over the Fourth of July weekend is going viral, as many fans can’t believe she wasn’t getting the VIP treatment.
While the “We Belong Together” singer was accompanied by security, she appeared happy to wait in line like everyone else, prompting social media users to praise her down-to-earth attitude, while others joked that even she couldn’t afford the VIP treatment given the current state of the economy.

Mariah Carey Spotted Waiting In Line At Disney With Her Kids
While she did have security with her, the Disney visit was otherwise just like any other mom’s. The “Heartbreaker” singer, 57, looked effortlessly stylish in shimmery, baggy, medium-wash jeans, teamed with a long-sleeved white top layered under a short-sleeved T-shirt.
She accessorized with wedge sandals – because she’s still Mariah Carey – and, in other videos, could be seen wearing the obligatory Minnie Mouse ears.
The “We Belong Together” hitmaker’s honey-hued hair was worn in a voluminous center-parted down do with soft waves, alongside her signature flawless makeup.

Fan Comments
Social media was obsessed with the video, with many fans praising the mom-of-two for waiting in line like everyone else, while others couldn't get enough of her stylish look and youthful glow. A few also joked that times were tough for everyone – even multi-Grammy winners like Mariah!
"She looks amazing!" exclaimed one fan on Instagram. "She's so pretty," gushed a second, as a third said: "She looks gorgeous and youthful."
"Besides the drama diva queen image, she is actually very grounded with her [children] and loves to make them have normal experiences. And that's true education," noted a fourth, as a fifth echoed: "I like this. She doesn't strike me as humbling herself to stand in line. New respect for Mariah."
"That makes me love her more," praised a sixth, as a seventh concurred: "I like that she's waiting and doesn't have a sense of entitlement. Good for her." "I like that she acts calm and unbothered… not diva-diva and wanting special treatment," said an eighth, as a ninth added: "I want to see more celebrities being normal."
"You know when the economy is bad when Mariah Carey is waiting in line," joked a tenth, as an eleventh said it was a "recession indicator." "Girl, times are tough," quipped a twelfth, followed by the crying laughing emoji.
