The famous wrestler recently shared new photos of himself on social media where his shaven head is on full display, as he revealed that he was gearing up to undergo his second hair transplant. John Cena Debuts Newly-Shaved Head & Reveals He's Getting Another Hair Transplant

When thinking about not only one of the most iconic faces of the WWE, but also one of the entertainment industry's most beloved 'macho men,' John Cena often comes to mind. Though he's remained a significant public figure over the years, something that has changed is his appearance.

In the last year, the performer admitted to having undergone a hair transplant after years of struggling with hair loss and self-esteem issues due to the lack of hair he had on his head. He had his first procedure in 2024, but a little over a week ago, he posted a picture of himself shaking hands with his doctor.

"Round 2 of FUE Treatment and this time I went all in for best possible results," he wrote in a Facebook post. "Thank you, Ken Anderson and the staff at Anderson Center for Hair, for accompanying me on this journey!"

In the photo, it's clear that the WWE star is prepping for his next treatment, as his head is fully shaved in the picture.

John Shares The Inspiration For His Hair Transplant

After the latest photo of his pre-treatment buzzcut look went viral, so did the story of his first hair transplant, as the news and his reasoning began recirculating.

Since his first hair transplant, the 49-year-old has spoken about it on various podcasts, including the popular Pat McAfee show, where he called out the WWE fans who would taunt him about his hair and hair loss during events or online.

"You chant, and you make me feel small, and you embarrass me," he told the podcast's live audience last year. "Y'all don't know what that's like. That is straight-up bullying. That's just not cool. I don't like it. So, thank you for bullying me into getting surgical hair replacement. That's how far y'all push me."

Despite the origins of the wrestler's hair transplant being people and fans ripping him "to shreds for a genetic problem that he can't control," he seems very happy and confident in his decision, and fans are eager to see the results from his second one.
