Her longtime glam team also marked the occasion on social media. Hair and makeup artist Brittany Danielle, who has worked with Leavitt and other members of the administration, shared a photo of Karoline from her final day and reflected on their time working together.

JD Vance Steps In For Press Briefing After Leavitt's Leave
In the meantime, Vice President JD Vance stepped behind the podium for a White House briefing on Thursday. While speaking with reporters, he joked about a conversation he had with President Donald Trump before taking questions.
“It’s funny, before I came out here, I was talking with the president in the Oval Office, and he said, ‘Be careful. I want you to do well, but if you do too well, I might make you the press secretary,’” Vance said.
Leavitt’s final day officially marked the end of her tenure as the 36th White House press secretary, according to the White House.
