The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, couldn’t stop smiling as he reflected on the couple’s star-studded wedding during a press conference following training camp on Wednesday, August 12th. In a clip from the press conference that quickly got fans talking online, he told reporters: “It was a fun offseason, man. Wedding was the best night of my life.” Aww!
But Swifties really lost it when Kelce casually referred to the “Fate of Ophelia” singer as his “wife” while discussing their iconic wedding venue, which was reportedly transformed with a fairytale-style castle built inside Madison Square Garden for the lavish ceremony.
“MSG, man,” Kelce told reporters. “I always told myself I’d go for a playoff game when the Knicks were rocking. My wife went when I was stuck in mini camp so I didn’t get my opportunity to go then. It was kind of cool to be able to live out my childhood dream of being at that venue, the mecca of all sports venues [and] get married there.”

Kelce had plenty more to say about the couple's lavish wedding, which reportedly welcomed around 1,000 guests to Madison Square Garden over the Fourth of July weekend, including Gigi Hadid and her boyfriend Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, Anya Taylor-Joy, and so many more.
"I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us. That's about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration," Kelce said.
"I thank the owners for allowing us the opportunity to do that knowing we wanted a private event and everything. It was perfect," he continued. And he couldn't resist adding one final detail, chiming in: "The AC was cooking. That was the best part."

The disruption came during the busy Fourth of July travel period and a grueling heat wave, making an already hectic holiday weekend even more challenging for many New Yorkers. Con Edison also urged customers to conserve energy on Friday as heavy demand strained the power grid, while thousands of residential and commercial customers temporarily lost electric service amid outages and equipment issues.
