The unimaginable has happened, as there is a picture of Kim Kardashian on Instagram that features the 41-year-old SKIMS founder without makeup, and without any obvious filters or Photoshopping. And we have to admit, she looks absolutely gorgeous and glowing, leaving us to wonder why she and her famous family are so fond of filters when they do in fact look so good without them!
The picture in question was posted by the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s longtime friend and CEO of Blended Strategy Group, Allison Statter, who she has known since elementary school. Allison shared some pictures from her birthday, the first of which was a picture of a girls-only birthday dinner that Kim attended. Allison captioned her Insta-carousel: “It’s been a sweet week. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with me!”
While many Instagram users usually come together to slate the Kardashians, that couldn’t be further from the truth this time around, as the majority of the social media platform were unanimous in their praise for the mom-of-four's makeup-free and filter-free appearance. Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian also commented, dropping a grand total of seven red heart emojis. One fan commented: "If I looked as beautiful as Kim without a filter the world would be in trouble." Another added: "All you ladies look beautiful. Much more youthful With the natural look."
"How beautiful is Kim here," wrote another fan, while another said, "Can someone tell @kimkardashian she looks absolutely beautiful as a natural woman" which we're definitely inclined to agree with. Another commenter did, however, mention that Kim's fans shouldn’t have hijacked Allison's post, writing: "It’s sad how many people are speaking about Kim on this ladies bday post! Damn at least say happy bday to the owner of the post. Go to Kim page and tell her how beautiful she looks."
