Kimberly Guilfoyle is drawing attention once again for her signature glamorous style, even as her appearance continues to spark criticism online amid reports of a “toxic workplace” at the U.S. Embassy in Athens, Greece.
In a recent Instagram post, the 57-year-old posed between two men who appeared to be colleagues. For the occasion, she wore a striking red dress featuring a plunging V-neckline, long sleeves and a ruched skirt. She completed the outfit with matching studded stiletto heels.
Guilfoyle also embraced her signature glam aesthetic, often described online as “Mar-a-Lago glam,” with long, wavy hair, smoky eye makeup and heavily contoured cheeks.

Kimberly Guilfoyle Slammed Over 'Inappropriate' Outfit
However, the look drew mixed reactions on social media, with some users questioning whether the outfit was appropriate for someone serving as a U.S. ambassador. Others commented on her posing style and overall appearance.
“Just showing too much, girl,” one person wrote.
Another commented, “Need a new wardrobe, in my opinion. Kimberly is lovely and very bright but the attire is never appropriate. You are better than this.”
“This looks like Madame Tussauds,” another person remarked.
“Beautiful, but why u always show so much skin..inappropriate?” someone else asked, while another commenter simply wrote, “This is not flattering.”
The latest criticism of Guilfoyle’s appearance comes as she faces a separate wave of allegations concerning her conduct and leadership.

Kimberly Guilfoyle Faces Allegations Over Money and Embassy Workplace
Republican donor and businessman Eric Deters has publicly accused Guilfoyle of attempting to arrange a “quid pro quo” by asking him to wire $100K to cover her American Express credit card bill.
According to Deters, Guilfoyle allegedly offered to become his “ride or die in Trump world” in exchange for the money and promised to use her influence to help him gain access to senior Trump administration officials and Cabinet members.
The allegations have not been independently established. The mom of one has also faced scrutiny over reports of staff dissatisfaction and an alleged "toxic workplace" at the U.S. Embassy in Athens.
According to media reports, the State Department’s Office of Inspector General has opened an investigation into Guilfoyle following allegations involving ethics concerns and her conduct as ambassador.
Sources cited in reports have described an allegedly hostile workplace, claiming Guilfoyle threatened staff members with termination. She has also reportedly been accused of demoting her lead security agent after the agent failed to answer a 4 a.m. phone call during a summer stay in Mykonos.
The call was allegedly made because Guilfoyle wanted additional ice cubes. The claims remain allegations, and the reported investigation does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing.
As Guilfoyle continues to attract attention for her fashion choices, her public image is also being shaped by the mounting scrutiny surrounding her role as the U.S. ambassador to Greece.
