President Donald Trump‘s eldest daughter may have been in New York City for business last month, but she proved that she also knows how to have fun as she was photographed catching waves during the family getaway with husband Jared Kushner and their three children, Arabella, 15, and sons Joseph, 12, and Theodore, 10.
The mom-of-three was reportedly taking a surfing lesson during the trip and appeared impressively confident on her board, although the pictures also captured a few inevitable tumbles into the water too. It happens!

The former White House senior adviser was rocking a white long-sleeved rash guard and black bottoms as she rode the waves, with the fitted ensemble showcasing her toned and athletic physique perfectly.
This isn’t the first time she has been spotted surfing in Costa Rica, as she has shared glimpses of herself enjoying the sport with fans over the past few years.
Last year, she even marked World Oceans Day with a surfing picture on Instagram. She captioned the June 9th, 2025 post: “Individually we are one drop, together we are an ocean” – Ryunosuke Satoro. #happyoceanday.”

Ivanka Trump Shares 'Summer Snaps' On Instagram
Surfing isn't the only thing Ivanka has been doing this summer. She shared a carousel of images with her 8.6M Instagram followers on August 18th showing some of the things she and her family have been up to, and it seems like it has been quite an eventful few months to say the least!
The first picture showed her wearing a daring polka dot mini dress and flaunting her toned legs while posing by the sea alongside her husband, while another showed her sitting in a black low-back one-piece swimsuit and once again showing off her svelte frame.
Other pictures showed her golfing, proving that surfing isn't the only sport she knows how to do. Perhaps she picked up her love of golf from her father, who is famously a keen golfer himself. The carousel also featured snaps of her and the children enjoying the outdoors, as well as picturesque views and more.
And her fans flooded the comment section with praise, as expected. "Beautiful family and scenery. You look stunning and gorgeous. Thanks for sharing," gushed one fan. "One of the most beautiful women in the world," praised a second.
